Mr. Mukesh Goel is the managing partner of the firm. He has 12 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of accountancy. He expertise in Accountancy Services, Audit and Assurance Services, Legal and Regulatory Compliance Services, Setting up new business, Service under the Company Law Business Registrations, Corporate Secretarial Services, Services under the export & Import policy and procedures, Services under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, Sick Companies etc. Mr. Goel himself is well versed with the issues related to the technology and information system.

(2) Mr. Suresh Gupta
B. Sc., FCA
Mr. Suresh Gupta qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1975. He has 34 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy services, Tax services, Legal Services, Setting up new business, Setting up of STPI Unit and maintenance, Business Registrations, Financial Services of SEBI Act, RBI Act and guidelines of ministry of finance and Winding up of Companies etc. Mr. Suresh Gupta has vast experience of direct taxation.

(3) Mr. Shashi Bhushan Goyal

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Goyal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1984. He has 25 years of post qualification experience in the Project Financing, Tax Services, Service under the company law, Setting up of STPI Unit and maintenance, Financial Services of SEBI Act, RBI Act and guidelines of ministry of finance, Services under the export & Import policy and procedures, Services under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, Sick Companies and Winding up of Companies etc.

(4) Mrs. Monica Agarwal
M. Com., FCA
Mrs. Monica Agarwal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1996. She has 13 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy services, Audit and assurance services, Legal and regulatory compliance services, corporate secretarial services etc.

(5) Ms. Sudha Gupta
B. Com (H)., ACA, ACS
Ms. Sudha Gupta is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with Four years of post qualification experience. She had over one year of experience in big 4-Deloitte. She had wide exposure in Indian Corporate Taxation, tax treaties and Companies Act, 1956 and working knowledge relating to SEBI, FEMA/RBI and NBFC. She is an effective communicator with good presentation and interpersonal skills.

(6) Mr. Deependra Agarwal

Mr. Deependra Agarwal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1998. He has 11 years of post qualification experience in the hardcore profession of Accountancy services, Tax services, Legal Services, Setting up new business, setting up of STPI Unit and maintenance, Business Registrations etc. Mr. Deependra Agarwal has vast experience of indirect taxation.
