Mr. Mukesh Goel with his will power, professional excellence and integrity, kept the foundation of the farm. Initially, backed by a small but experienced team, the focus of the practice is to offer a wide array of taxation services offered to corporates and individuals. Later on, with the expansion of the skilled professionals, the firm opened an Auditing Division with the addition of yet another member of the family, Mrs. Monika Goel.

Today, Simplify, Innovate and Grow are the three core things of we “Mukesh Raj & Co” is mostly committed to. Backed with consumer focused, cost effective and agile nature, we have managed to gain strong network of clients who relay on us in every aspects. With the growing hub of information technology, our focus shifted to auditing paperless environments as per the “sky is the limit.” Therefore, we have also increased our focus on newer areas like Mergers and Acquisitions, De-mergers, Transfer Pricing etc., to compete globally.

The evolution of Mukesh Raj & Co. can be broadly divided into three stages:

Birth to 1999's - Carving a position among the lead taxation compliance, litigation & advisory firms.

The firm was founded by Mr. Mukesh Goel based on the beliefs of professional excellence and integrity. In its early years the focus of the practice was offering a wide array of taxation services to corporates and individuals.

Decade of the new millennium - New opportunities, initiatives and challenges

The Decade of the 1990's saw a sea of change, the firm opened an Auditing Division with the addition of yet another member of the family, Mrs. Monika Goel.

The size of firm soon increased with the hire of skilled professionals and a constantly expanding practice. The Auditing Division soon grew to a stage where it had to be split into various smaller divisions, which were re-christened Assurance Services and Management Assurance Services

In 1990's with the liberalization of the Indian economy, the partners at Mukesh Raj & Co. realized that the need for every business would soon be advisory services in the legal and financial field. Thus, with the turn of the century the Legal and Financial Advisory Division of the firm was started.

The New Millennium -Technological advancement, diversification and change

The firm recognized that technological advancement and change would be imperative for its growth and survival in the face of competition that was faced from multinational companies, which were now allowed to compete in the Indian markets. The firm saw the need for an Information systems expert, and the traditional assurance focus shifted to auditing paperless environments.

The firm increased its focus on newer areas like Mergers and Acquisitions, De-mergers, Transfer Pricing etc., giving the firm an ability to compete globally.
